How we work?
We will contact you
One of our agents will connect with you to gather more information on your requirements. You may provide us with a job description or ask us to create one for you. We officially use MS Teams to connect on real time video conferencing.
Human Resource Team
We will then pass your requirement and the prepared JD to the HR based in Australia and India depending on the hiring location.
Hiring or Assignment
HR will check the talent in the Company's In House team if that matches your requirement, if yes, then we move this process to the Contract and the Invoice building. Else, we will proceed to a rigorous interview process to hire a new talent in the team dedicated to you.
Contract and Invoicing
Once the candidate is selected by you. We will create a contract and invoice to you on a monthly basis paid to us. We will be responsible to pay the monthly salary to your selected employee. Also their operational cost will be borne by us, conditional to the basic requirements of the job.
Joining of the candidate
Once all the formalities are done from both the sides. The candidate joins your team as an employee hired by you, however, working remotely on facilities provided by us. The invoices will keep on rolling like monthly paid salaries.
